About Xatton
Who we are
A Nigerian energy trading and representation company, built to connect international manufacturers with West African demand.
Xatton Energy Limited is a Nigerian energy trading and representation company. Incorporated in Nigeria in 2015 under registration number RC-1281813, the company was established to serve two connected needs: international manufacturers seeking a trusted route into Nigeria and the West African market, and regional energy demand seeking reliable international supply.
We operate from Port Harcourt, the commercial centre of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry, with reach across the country’s producing regions, port corridors and the wider West African coast.
Our principles
What we believe
The West African energy market rewards companies that combine local knowledge with international standards of governance. Too many market entries fail not because the opportunity was absent, but because the structure was wrong: undocumented mandates, unverified counterparties, and payment arrangements that ignored foreign exchange realities.
Xatton was built to be the opposite of that. Every representation we accept is governed by a written authorisation. Every trading engagement is structured on payment terms agreed before any supply commitment. Every cross-border arrangement is reviewed with qualified Nigerian commercial lawyers and banking advisors. We would rather decline an engagement than run one on a handshake.
